Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is a direct rulebreak when a player kills another with no reasoning, for instance Player X is mining peacefully, having done nothing. Player Y comes along and shoots Player X in the head without reason, making Player X lose his diamond pickaxe.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule "NLR" is a rule set to stop players returning from their death scene as soon as they respawn, for instance, A raid was conducted on Player X's base and he was killed. He would have to wait 2:30 minutes in order to return so the raiders have a fair chance of finishing the raid and leaving.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when something is said out of character but instead is character related, for instance, A player tells his friend to pick up his car and go to Player X's base for a raid.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would take them both to a roof top in order to stop obstructions to other's RP experience. I would check the logs and if it was true I would ask for proof or an explanation from both people. If Player X is guilty he would be warned and teleported back to carry on his RP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport Player Y to another district and warn him for breaking NLR. I would also tell him to not return until his NLR is finished else he will be warned further.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would teleport to him and warn him for meta-gaming and stop the raid whilst we sorted out the problem and I would let them continue their RP.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I like to help out, I give advice to the newer players to further their experience whilst maintaining a level of equality to all players and I will help them all the same. I've experienced first hand most problems in zarp should it be RDM, NLR or metagaming. I will always stick to the rules and make sure I'm being fair in my judgement. I will also hope to improve my likeability so that players find me trustworthy and able to handle their situations so that the community feels safe overall.

I'd like to give you all notice that yes, I was warned fairly recently, however I find my reasons "at the wrong time". I've since acted on my warns and I will certainly never do it ever again. Should I become a moderator I'd thank the community very much for allowing me to help them in any way I can. Though I have done wrong I will do right by them and I'll make sure they never make the mistakes I did.

Bad rule breaks. like 2 mass rdms then rdm and then mute. -support

The mass RDM was an accidental bind as Gamer said it was accidental, but it still warranted a warn which I'm fine with, the RDM was a misjudgement as the moderator only saw me shoot back at the hobo who was shooting at me. I can't remember my mute.
