Can i point something out, 1 your exploiting part is a little weak, if players are exploiting you take it seriously and not give that many chances.

2. and this is a big one because i told you off for this recently. YOU CAN NOT KICK PLAYERS FOR BEING AFK!!!!!, there is no RULE against it, there for that is considered abusing.

YOU also need to improve on the Writing a letter to a mod for training, because 2 lines is way to short and has not got enough detail

In my opinion you need to either be retrained with a thorough go over of ETHOS and the Rules, AND! what you use your powers on.

Then once improvement is noticed then apply for admin.

At this point what i have seen of you, AND read from your app, you are far away from being ready.

I have to agree with Sally and Anon, they're both 100% right. You can't kick for being afk, you fucked up man :/ You don't seem to be ready, at all. I'm bringing the negatives up of a player who has done things wrong, AS this is an app for admin the negatives are required as well as positives, and frankly i don't have many if any positives about you.
