I dont realy know, but i've been playing for about 3-5 months now.

How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel like i have been doing a lot of work, working good, I've been following the staff ethos, And i feel like i will be doing much more work, Help more, And be a good candiate for SuperAdmin. To help out the server, Help staff, The lead team, and have fun with people. And staff a lot. That is important.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I feel like i will be a good candidate, Because, i work good, I handle situations very well, And being an SuperAdmin is a hard job which i think i will be able to do. (Like handle reports on forums against other staff, Work a lot more and be more friendly. (Im not saying im not Friendly lel)

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Well, There was one time a guy was hacking. I knew he was. Even thougth it could have been a cool trickshot or something. But i knew it wasnt a good shot. Looking against a wall and straigth up hitting him without looking at him. And looking into the ground killing people. I knew he was hacking, But i needed an SA to anti-cheat. I was waiting for an HA/SA to get on and anti cheat him so he could be warned (Kick/ban)

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first start of by saying: I will be handling this report. Then Finish it by saying: Thank you for making this report against this staff member. We will bring this up in the Lead Team Meeting and talk about him on what he's doing. And we will decide what to do.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
So lets say, the staff banned him for a month for Mass RDM And LTAP. i would ask him to come on teamspeak and talk about what happened and such. And tell him that ban system, and not just ban people (Theyr first ban) for a month straigth away. So i would basicly tell him all that, And i or him would change the ban till an expire time that is fair

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would tell him what to do, And help him out with what he needs to do and such. Cause if someone is struggeling, the should always get the help they need. Lets say the user was mass rulebreaking, and the staff didnt know what to do. I would have told him in admin chat, That he needs to warn him and such. And if the user had over 10 warnings, give him 1 more chance. And say if he breaks one more rule, Hes being banned for an sertern ammount of time.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would take them both to a spacer in TS3, I would ask them of what happened. And i would basicly tell them of what they are gonna do if they see a staff rulebreak. If they do not listen, i couldnt be able to do anything. But if i saw the rulebreak, i would have told him not to do it. Cause rulebreaking as a staff is a bad thing.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would take them both to a TS3 Spacer, talking to them, And telling them why they shouldnt be. And he shouldnt be saying bad stuff towards a staff. The staff team is suppost to be a staff team and be nice to help eachother, And not be mean and say bad stuff towards eachother.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell him to be careful with words. And the users are should be allowed to play on a server without getting harmed with words/actions of a staff member. A staff member is to help, Not cause drama, Or harm the users.

Now first of all I've never saw you doing your duties on TTT however I've plaid with you on Teamspeak and I've judged your actions through there, You do your reports witch is a really good thing to have but due to you getting over excitted at times you basicly forget that you're on Teamspeak or on a server so my question to you is, Do you think you could handle staff disputes professionally and to the best of your ability?

But I think if you keep trying and try to become more mature, and learn to handle more players at once, you could make good Lead Team material in the future!

Well there is alot of mixed about you. Both Pros/Cons.
But im not gonna take my opinions here in the public forums. ¨

From what i have seen and heard of. its a
i think you should apply at a later time to gain a more reputable state

Good guy but activity is not so well and few other things ( thexnator already said it)

Final verdict is

Banana you have been on the staff team for a while; this has let you build up your experience as a member of staff team on TTT. Your activity is acceptable, but it's falling behind in comparison to other candidates. However, I am aware you posted an absence thread recently so this obviously has a significant effect. I do feel, however that there are other candidates who are consistently more mature than you. Nonetheless, I wish you the best of luck.

Like Jim_Jam said there are much better people for this roll as you can be shown as immature
