Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a moderator has been fine, I haven't encountered many issues within my time, and i belive my self ready to be admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Players constantly mic spamming and singing down the mic, I muted them but they continued after this had an issue because i was not able to stop them permanently as they kept coming back.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Within the mod rank you have a few powers these are:

ULX menu can be opend by doing !menu in chat or xgui in console
bind l xgui

CHAT:
Admin Chat: talk to other staff members using @ <text>

Gag/Mute: Mute a client from talking in chat or voice.

and Kick: Kick a player from the server with valid reasons

These powers are to be used within the rules of ethos, the ethos are a set of rules that staff follow when punishing players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Seeing as it is your first ban and you have shown your self to be sorry with the effort you put in to your appeal, i have decided to accept it.
Further cheating within the servers will result in the ban being put back in place
I suggest you read up on the rules again by doing /rules in game
