Languages I speak: Portuguese,English,i cant understand russian, german and Russian.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is killing someone without a reason or RP state. if someone guns down a hitman for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is you dying in lets say bank district, you can go there still but you can not kill the person that killed you in that spot and with no reason .
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: if u see someone as thief or gangster from model and say u are ( his job )

Explain how you would handle the following situation:either have a video or Print screens.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:either have video or screenshot proof. if the logs are consistent il punish player y.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
wouldnt help him. its FailRp.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
well. the server allways needs active admins/mods, im a calm persistent, my nature is allways positive, il try to answer any questions as possible just shoot them, this server needs a mod/admin to be active specially in the night time where people think its Armaggedon. it would be an honor to have such an Astute rank.

This whole thing needs to be re wrote as it is wrong and maybe you should take a look at the rules here! RULES!

:minussp: He was MRDMing in a sit and prop pushing in a sit but the mod wasn't watching so I'm not sure if he was warned but you can ask a couple of people on server 1 he was MRDMing but he LTAPed once and I don't know if he was punished because it was chaos and there was so much MRDM that the mod, whom was the only active staff on was over whelmed

You did not warn or give verbals.

NLR is you dying in lets say bank district, you can go there still but you can not kill the person that killed you in that spot and with no reason .

You can't go to an NLR district, this is to prevent conflict and exploitation of the rules.

To hope be mod make sure you're active,0 recent punishments and know the server.
I've never seen you in Zarp you got 8-9 hours its too weaked to be a moderator.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarized some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Low activity, play a lot more throughout the weeks and apply again. Also recent punishments
