Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
If i was an admin i would be able to stop rulebreakers because if there was an rdmer as a moderator i would have to get close enough to see their name and use chat or tab menu just to freeze them. And if i see a rulebreak from far away i can noclip to the person who is rulebreaking and deal with them after that.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So there was this one person, his name was Shinra Gaming. I was dealing with someone in a sit but he starts randomly shooting me so i tell him not to do it or i will warn you. So he does it again so i warn him. After that he killed the person i was in an f1 with so i asked mexi in admin chat to jail the guy but he ltapped to he had to be banned. If i was admin i would not of have to call mexi i could of done it myself.

if you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello, I am here today to talk to you about what the commands that a moderator has and what you do as a moderator. This is going to be a long read but remember this is very important! I will first go over the commands.

Kick: This command kicks someone off the server which means it forces them to leave this is normally used if there are no admins around and there is a prop spammer.

Mute chat: This command makes it so the person who you have used this command on cannot talk in chat as in type in chat. You usually use this if someone is adverting, chat spamming etc.

Unban from job: This command unbans someone from the job they have been banned from or demoted from. This is usually used for people who have been false demoted from jobs.

Freeze: This command freezes the person so they cannot move. This is usually used for RDMERS, people breaking NLR and most of the main rulebreaks.

Slay: This comand kills someone which makes them lose everything they had in their hotbar for example if someone was slayed with their psg in their hotbar they would lose it. This is used for people who have big guns as a citizen and refuse to drop it and more.

Mute globally: This command mutes somone in their voice so they cannot use voice chat. This is used when someone is either mic spamming or being disrespectful through their mic.

Teleport: This command teleport you to the place you are facing so wherever your crosshair is and you use this command it will take you there. This is used for teleporting on roofs to sits and catching rulebreakers.

Goto: This command teleports you to a certain player for example if you needed to goto someone for a sit you would use this command to get there. You can also use it for teleporting to rulebreakers.

Back: This command takes you back to spawn or your last location. This is often used for teleporting out of the admin arena or teleporting back from sits and teleporting people back.

Bring: This comand is used for bringing someone to you or to someone else. You rarely need to use it to tp someone to someone else. You use this command if someone is dead because teleport doesn't work when someone is dead. So when someone has suicide abused you can use bring instead of teleport.

The warn system: So the warn system is to warn people to make sure they don't do the same thing again. It is used in this format: /warn (Steam ID) (Reason) for example /warn STEAM_0:1:128145553 NLR. You need to always use their steam id because you could end up warning the wrong person if you use names.

F1 Menu:
This is the main system of helping people and where people report rule breakers. When you get access to the f1 menu you can do f1's which are people's reports on rulebreakers. To handle an f1 you goto the f1 menu and select the f1 thats nearest to the top that isn't being handled because the people at the top have been waiting the longest. Once you have started handling the f1 you have a few commands they are: Goto, bring, Finish f1, Abort handling F1. I have already explained goto and bring up there ^^ so theres no need to explain it again. I will start with Finish f1, so what this does it finishes the f1 if you have finished helping the person with their problem. Abort handling f1 is used for if you accidently handle an f1 that is needed for an admin or if you handle an f1 but in the middle of it you need to go afk which you call another admin to handle it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Because you can not handle your own appeals, i will wait until an admin handles it and i will speak to them about the ban if they put a lot of detail into their appeal then i will give them one more chance and the admin will write the reply.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think i should be promoted because i have past admin experience and during my time as a moderator it has been hard and fun. It has been hard because it is very hard to catch rulebreakers when they do something in front of you but it would be easier if i was admin. I also think i should be chosen because i am on the server a lot for long periods of time so i can catch rulbreakers a lot and help the server out and do a lot of f1's. I also think i am ready because i have been moderator for 2 weeks it may not be long for some people but i know i am ready due to me being admin before.
