Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

I would first ask them to spectate me, this is so they are able to see what keys i am pressing.
afterwards i would explain that you never use W when Bhopping, you use A and D when moving in their corresponding direction.
I would then tell them to go in to normal mode, so I can spectate them, and see where they currently stand when it comes to bhopping, and then tell them what little bits need improvement

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would first tell the player(s) to stop Text/Mic spamming.
If continued i would follw through with a mute/gag.
if continued after that, I would either Ban, or contact an admin with sufficient proof for them to ban them with.


Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

IF someone was exploiting on the server, i would first spectate the player so i could gather proof of what they was doing, I would then once evidence is gathered, confront the player, asking them how this exploit works so it can be fixed.
If the player was not coherent with saying how it was done, i would proceed to warn the player, if continued would result in a ban.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I am dedicated within the zarp community, I am SuperAdmin on surf and TeamSpeak HeadAdmin, which shows I am trusted within the community.
I've always enjoyed Bhop, and Bhop being the first gamemode i played within gmod.
