Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I will tell them to spectate me and to watch carefully to what I do in terms of mouse movement, as it is important to maintain speed. If they need more help I will link them to a video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would ask them to stop, if they do not stop I will use the !gag or !mute command depending on which chat they are spamming, if they continued in the other chat I will then mute them in that. They will remain muted for 5 minutes and if they continue again after being un-muted then a whole map they will be muted.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask them to stop, if they continue I will give them a warning with AWarn if it continues I will ask a Admin+ on to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel my time on Bhop may it not be long has been very helpful in the way of reporting bugs and even some players and I feel if given the rank of Moderator I will be able to further help the server by dealing with rule breakers. Furthermore I can be trusted with powers as I currently hold Super Admin on Surf & SSRP, and Section Moderator for Server Applications and Community Votes 2017. I have many years of experience with ULX and AWarn so I know what commands do what and when/when not to use certain commands.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BHOP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
