Another Player For No Valid Reason, For Example If Someone Walks Up To you And Kills You, And They Then
Claim They Killed You Because You Looked At Them Funny, Or They Didnt Like The Way You Talked.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR) Is When You Die And Go Back To Where You Died Before A 3 Minute Cooldown
Has Finished, Also With NLR You Cannot Remember Your Past Life, For Example If You Are Killed As A Police Officer You Cannot Remember That The Person Killed
You And You Cannot Remember That The Person Has A Gun.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming Is Using OOC In Character, For Example Telling Someone To Meet Up In An Area In OOC
And Then Them Coming To Meet You Even Though You Said It In OOC

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I Would Ask Player Y Why He Killed Player X, If He Has No Valid Reason I Would Ask Player X For Proof As It Couldve Been As If Player X Started Shooting At Player Y And Player Y Won The Fight. If He Provides Proof I Would Warn Him And If He Carries On I Would Kick Him, And If He Continues I Will Get An Admin Or Higher To Ban Him. But If No Proof Is Given I Would End The Case.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If They Both Have Recent Warnings For NLR I Will Warn Them But If Not I WIll Give Them A Verbal Warning.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I Would Give Player X A Verbal Warning And If He Continues I Will Warn Him For Metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I Should Be Chosen As Moderator On Zarp Because I Have Past Experiences As Staff, I Think I Would Make
A Good Addition To The Staff Team As I Can Come On Every Day And Work Well In A Team/Group Of People. Although I Have Just Over A Day Of Play Time I Have Been Playing
The Server Since I Got Garry’s Mod A Couple Of Years Ago. The Reason For My Low Playtime Is Because I Had A Big Break From Garry’s Mod Although That Will Not Happen Again.
I Think I Would Make A Great Staff Member Because Of My Past Experience And My Understanding Of How Some Servers Work. I Know How To Deal With A Lot Of Situations, And Know How To Treat Players Properly,
Not Bragging About Being Staff Or Abusing My Powers. I Know If Someone Of A Higher Rank Than Me Is Abusing, That I Should Tell A Higher Up Member Of Staff, So That They Can Deal With It and Not Get Involved To Much Myself.
Being High Up Staff On Servers Before And Running My Own Server At One Point I Know How Servers Can Be Kept Good For The Community And Free Of Abuse And Rule-Breakers. Also I Can Be On Duty Alot Of The Time Helping Out With Sits And Solving Problems Within The Community

this is just a suggestion but I think you really need to improve your activity on server 2 and 3 your time on server 2 and 3 combined barely equals 100 minutes.

I Am Working On That Now Spending Less Time On Server 1 And Splitting It More Evenly Beetween All 3 Servers.

Just letting you know Mods can only kick users from the server so you would have to ask an admin or higher to ban if you had a valid reason to, Just remember only kick if you are at your last resort and no admins are online.
