Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random death match is when a person breaks the rules of engagement for a death match by randomly killing another person without valid role play reasons. An example of valid role play death matching: Hit men with a target, raids and bank robberies.

Example: Player A is in the middle of a conversation with player B outside of spawn, suddenly Player C fires off shotgun rounds into Player A and B and kill both of them, his job not being applicable (IE Hit man without a hit on either player) It is considered Random death matching.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New life rule is the rule that states you are not allowed to return to the scene of your death for a certain length of time, the reason is that your new character has no relation to the past characters life and must be given a wide berth to ensure role play coherency.

Example: Drug dealer dies in his base, his belongings are not destroyed however and breaks NLR by rushing over to the base and securing his valuables. Another example is a bank robbery, police officers returning to the bank without watching their NLR timers is a pretty common example due to its high occurrence


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is the act of distributing information out of character or talking about role play information in out of character chat. Example follow:
OOC: "Did you hear about their base down by the docks? They got a few nuclear printers in there"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would confront player Y over his motives and reasoning, make sure he understands the rules and give him a verbal warning, I will maintain watch over console to see if player continues to RDM out of random acts or has a personal vendetta against player X outside of valid death match rules. If he continues to break rules he will receive a non verbal warning in the form of a server warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would sit them both down together, work out motives for possible rule breaking may it be personal or driven by random acts. I would then ask for evidence in video or picture, If neither have evidence I shall give them a thorough talk about the rules regarding NLR and maintain an eye over them to see if they learned anything. If either player breaks the rule after discussion of proper role play etiquette they will be given one last warning and if they continue to ignore they will be given a server warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
The player in question in this theoretical scenario would receive a reminder of the Meta gaming rule, if continued to be broken I will have a 1 on 1 talk with him in a private location to help him better understand the rule of meta gaming. If Player X continues to break the rules after the second session he will be given a server warning for clear ignoring of rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I have been chosen before to work on other servers for the following reasons: I demonstrate compassion for those around me, I make sure I give them fair warning and sessions of glossing over rules to help them better understand. I do not hold friends above any higher standard then any other player (NO EXCEPTIONS). I demonstrate continuous presence in a server keeping a watchful eye on any reports that may be fed, taking little to no breaks or time off for the whole day. I have also demonstrated a perseverance with those who are annoying or immature as I do not judge them for personal reasons, if you attempt to annoy me I will ignore you unless you break rules then you have what is coming to you.

If you have any questions, please do not keep them to yourself I like explaining things better.

Hello, I see that you made an application to apply for staff on SSRP Zarp for Moderator/Admin. We look at things such as: Recent warnings, Game time, Activity and much more. I will give my opinion on what i think about you!
