Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I have been mod for 4 weeks now and ive done alot of f1's and helped as mutch as i can as an moderator. But its hard as moderator to do things and do everything manual, that's one of the reasons i wanna be admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was a few thing's that was hard being a mod, Firstly Needing to do everything manual (Tp to a roof to have a sit,Freezing players via tab menu) Secondly i cannot ban people that is propspamming etc. There have been ups and downs but mostly ups. Its been pretty easy being mod tho.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hey guys u have been accepted to mod i see. This is my guide from the time i was moderator. Firstly you the f1 menu here u can see Admn Request. Warning's, Logs. And Active NLR.
Firstly the Admin Request tab, If u see an new request you can right click then u have 3 options "Handle it, Discard and Copy" If you handle it you get some more options "Bring,Goto,Abort" If u bring u teleport the player to u. Goto goes to the player abort aborts the f1. You also have som new options in the tab menu when i click on a player "Kick,Mute chat,Unban from job, Freeze, Slay, Mute Globaly, Teleport, Goto and Bring"
Some of these are self explanatory like " Kick,Mute Chat, Slay, goto and Mute Globaly. But here they are
Kick = Kicks player.
Mute chat = Mutes player chat for the amount of time u set.
Slay = Kills player (u can kill in fun ways)
Unban from job = Unban player from a job he/she got demoted from.
Freeze = Freeze a player for a set amout of time.
Teleport = Teleport a player where you are looking.
Goto = Goto a player
Bring = Bring brings a player (Red Said no use)

You warn a player by taking the steam id if the user (Copy from tab menu) and do /warn steamid/name
F6 menu check punishments on a player by clicking the name tab then find the player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Firstly i would talk to an higher ranked staff and see what he/she thinks. If higher rank says that i should unban i would write a post saying im gonna unban Player X and if he does it more he will get perm banned and not get unbanned.
If higher rank says that there is no way he is getting unbanned i will write an post. Hello Player X Ive talked to (Staff members name) He thinks that u should not get unbanned u clearly did it on purpose and trying to crash the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I have been mod for 4 weeks now i feel like i have done alot but that i can do more if i get promoted to admin. Its gonna help me get better at being zarp staff since its easier being admin (As i've heard). Also i havent abused my powers (1 time drumtek but sorted it out). Im gonna try my best to do even more f1's. Hope i get accepted i love anyways. Ive also started playing on server 3 now and it needs staff so i hope i can help out there.
