Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM is when somebody kills a person for no reason example a Hobo comes up with a shotgun and kills a Citizen is spawn

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is when somebody get's killed for a RP reason ( KOS example ).The person that died cannot return to the District or Buidling until the NLR timer passes ( 3 mins on ZARP )

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when a RP information is transfered in OOC ( Out Off Character ) something like (OCC) Raid!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would warn player Y for RDM because the logs backup the claim

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If it passed 3 mins I wound't warn the player Y because the NLR timer passed

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell player X that he can't call for help in OOC , but he must call it in /advert because he is Metagaming

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think all STAFFs nightmare is to come on the server and see a minge party.....Spawn blocked off , Mass RDM-ing ,Active players losing good items and weapons and asking for refunds....In my Timezone( CET UTC/GMT 1+ hour ) there is usually at least 1 minge and that he knows there is a little staff on so they minge for much as possible but when I'm on i usually hadlle it my own way ( Not mass RDM-ing the minge or NLR-ing him or breaking rules ) and in my methods i lose a ton of items and money so instead of giving away my stuff I would be a good player and staff for the whole community to help at least in the early hours.I play as in breaktime like 2h at a day at least but when there is school most of the time i spend studying or spending time in stupid class xD . I don't get "salty' very often so.....you should count on me I won't abuse my powers like some admins or mods do when there is a raid and the base get's Thundergunned before we enter the base.( If you want more detail about that incident ask me and player called JakeTheDawg ). I hope at least get a chance to become a STAFF and help the community

Hello, I see that you made an application to apply for staff on SSRP Zarp for Moderator/Admin. We look at things such as: Recent warnings, Game time, Activity and much more. I will give my opinion on what i think about you!

Positives:
* Decent application (could use some improvement tho)
* Stable activity

Negatives:
* 4 Recent warnings
* Can be rude sometimes

My decision:



As i said you're application can be better for example the rdm part. Player y could of mugged him and player x could of ignored it and so he got killed by that...that is not rdm. Logs are not always solid proof! I suggest looking at other applications (accepted ones) and see what they filled in and learn from what they have filled in.
