Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Command Wise
As a Moderator the commands are pretty limited. As an admin a whole list of other commands come out, these open up doors you can't pass as a moderator. For Example, the /ban command will help a lot when it comes to people hacking because it will be easier myself and not get and admin to do it for me. Another 'Privilege' would be that you can use the command /speed meaning that I can get to places quicker and easier with no hesitation.

Forum Wise
On the Forums Mc tends to get a lot of Appeals for Un-Mutes and Un-Bans as an MC Admin I will be able to have a say in a unban appeal and post if they would get denied or accepted. As I'm an ex-deathrun&SSRP admin I know that I will have to talk to another admin but I will get to that part further in the application.

Over All
Having Admin powers would help me and you a lot more, I will be able to administrate propaganda on a wide range when it comes to the game or just the forums. The commands and privileges what come with the Admin rank would be a lot easier when it comes to dealing with rule breakers as for a moderator.

You catch a player using an exploit. How would you go about the situation and handle it?
If I saw a player exploiting I would have to deal with the situation very quickly and efficiently because exploiting should not be tolerated. 1st I will talk the player and will say it is against the rules and he will not go without punishment. If the user is appropriate and polite I will give a 1-2day ban but if the player is negative and defensive and still carries on exploiting the ban would range to around 10-50days depending on the exploit. And I will always go to a higher ranked staff to report the situation and act and then discuss if more actions should be taken so this doesn't happen again.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As a moderator I am on all the time 24/7. So It does become very late when I'm on and there are not much staff on (maybe a couple but they were AFK and Moderators) but there was a guy I'll call player X. One day I was on the Minecraft server just chilling around making sugar cane. Player X joined and kept on making accusations that he was in /game mode c. After a while, if digging into this I found out that he was not in game mode c but only hacking items in and flying around using hacks. I instantly made this my 1st priority as hacking has a 0% tolerance and needs to be acted upon immediately. Since I was a moderator I couldn't do /ban so I had to contact and admin via steam but none were active. While I was waiting for one Player X starting being abusive and calling me horrible names and saying the server was shit. It took ten minutes for an admin to reply and get the situation over with. This was difficult because I also had a lot of situations to deal with other than keeping him at bay for over 10 minutes. (Luckily we will not be seeing Player X again.)

Why should you be promoted?

Server/Forum Wise -
Being a moderator is a great opportunity. And being an admin? Well, I think it will benefit you a lot more! I want to be something of Zarp. Like I am now but I want to get better and better and you guys make me do that! Stopping rule breakers and meeting loads of people. Making the server a lot happier is my kind of thing. Also, I really want to deal with forum posts as you've seen I've been doing that for the past couple of days and I think I know what I'm doing. So Why Me? I think I'm a perfect fit for you guys benifactualy and in every other way

Rule Wise -
Catching rule breakers will be a lot easier with the /v command to catch people is a lot quicker when they're not expecting it and efficiently. Stopping rule breakers are my kind of thing and I love doing it. I've also have got a couple people band for mass rule break on other servers etc, and being admin would just let me use the /ban command instead of nagging on Morgan or Vitx to come ban the player for me.

Extra reasons Why -
It's not all about the commands but I think I'm a trusted moderator for Mc (Probs because being DR&SSRP admin and all that) but I think it will also give be a benifactual boost for example - my confidence.
My great use of commands and my knowledge of them will give you a big boost as you would feel more comfortable with me and not be worried about me rule breaking/abusing because I have a good reputation to zarp. I've also helped you guys a lot with the new update via building maps and testing some plugins with you which was really fun, I hope to do this again in the future
