How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If Player X is being bullied on TS3 by Player Y , First I would move Player Y into a Spacer and speak with him and tell him the Zarp TeamSpeak Server doesn't accept bullying. First time it would be a warning and I would tell him to stop. If the continues this I will ban him for a certain amount of time.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

1. Set Server Group
Setting Someone Server group would be used when a player gets a rank on one of the Zarp Servers example: SSRP , TTT , Bhop , Deathrun or MC , etc. This Server group will not be removed unless the Player has been demoted or resigned from his Staff postion.

2. Kick from Channel/Server
Kick from Channel is a small warning for breaking rules, etc. Kick from Server is mostly used as a warning if the Player is bullying someone or either Mic Spamming or even if the Player is spamming the chat or being racist or disrespecting people in the channel

3. Moving a Client to & from your Channel
This Command is Also used to move a player out for Mic Spamming and disrespecting. This is also used to move a Client or a Member of Staff to a spacer to speak with them in private and not to be disturbed by other Clients joining.

4. Deleting a Clients Avatar/Changing their Description.
This Command will be used if a Client has a offensive Avatar or Description and they refuse to change it themselfs.

5. Banning a Client.
This Command will mostly be used when a Client isn't following the TeamSpeak rules and Keeps on breaking the same rule a lot Example: Mic Spamming , Being Racist and Disrespecting other Clients.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think I should be Chosen be I am active on the Zarp TeamSpeak Server , I'm trusted with powers because I am a SSRP Administrator so I will not Abuse the TeamSpeak Commands. I'm on TeamSpeak Everyday when I'm playing MC or SSRP or evening Different Game Modes like Deathrun I like now so I'm going to Start to Play on there more often and on the Other Servers.
