Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
As a moderator I have got to know the staff team well and become confident with dealing all the scenarios the server can throw at me I feel that I am now ready for the administrator rank from my experiences as a moderator.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I once had to deal with a player who was extremely racist and was even threatening to DDOS people. I had to keep muting him every time the map changed where in the small time he was unmuted he continued to be disrespectful towards people. It was sometime before an admin arrived (Blocked)
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello [NAME OF MOD HERE] congratulations on moderator you have a total of commands those are as follows:
Chat Mute Stops the player typing in chat. Used if he is being disrespectful or spamming
Voice Mute Stops the player from using their microphone. Used again if they are disrespecting or they mic spamming.
Teleport Not really used. Can be used if a player glitches out.
Admin Chat Press "U" to type in admin chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first speak to another admin about the ban and tell him my side of the story. I would also add that I personally think it should be accepted as he has put a lot of effort into the appeal and it was his first time but ultimately it would be up to the admin to choose a verdict.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I am a trusted and helpful member of the community I hold ranks on
Team Speak,
SSRP and a
ex-TTT admin. With admin powers I can take better control of situations on the server and can punish those who need more than just a chat / voice mute. I am a helpful member of the community and the admin rank only allows me to be more helpful within the community. The admin rank also allows me to deal with more situations such as people hacking and extreme rule breakers.
