What is Ghosting and give an example:
Ghosting is when a player (Death or runner) is giving out many tips or hints to give them an advantage what can change the out come of the game.
For Example:
A death has set a combination of a portal. A runner could figure out the combination but could die after. The runner would tell over messages or microphone the combinations for the portal, giving the deaths a disadvantage of winning.
For another example. A runner cannot be found by any of the deaths (being sneaky). Some one can give away their position by no-cliping to them while they're in ghost mode. This gives the runner a disadvantage because the deaths now can set traps of where the runner is.
How would I deal with a ghoster?
1st of all a verbal warning would be taken as ghosting should not be tolerated in a simple manor. This would give the player an idea that he's in the wrong and he should stop. If due to continuous
ghosting from the same player, a gag/mute and possible slay would be taken place to stop the player from changing the out come of the game. If multiple people started to ghost I would handle them all in the same way but I would also contact a server administrator to deal with their consequences.



How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
A player being disrespectful is punishable in many ways. It depends on what they're abusing on. Being rude to a player by being (stereotypical or harassing) can lead to many warnings including a gag/mute, slay and possibly a kick. Being disrespectful to a staff member could be worse as they have more power over you.

Racism - Being racist should not be tolerated at all. Defying against another race is just rude, hurtful and I would not take it nicely if I caught any one doing it. I would instantly give them a verbal warning to show that they have done wrong and they shall not do it again. I will also report it to a server administrator and describe what has happened in full details. The further consequences would lead to a kick from me or a ban from the server administrator.

Stereotypical/Sexist
Both of these meanings wont be as serious by being racist but it's still not a good thing to do. Being hatred against another gender or just bulling a kid cause he hasn't got much of a manly voice is still also rather harsh. I would talk to them about their actions and hope they understand what they have impacted on other people. If they due to carry on I would give them a verbal warning so they get that we do take it seriously and it should not be tolerated. This would normally be as far as I go. But after insults and sexists messages I would gag/mute them and possibly slay them, depending on their actions.

Disrespecting staff
Disrespecting staff is normally the same of being stereotypical but you're just defying the people who help support the server and do their duty. If some one continuously kept on disripecting me, I would message them to stop and hope they got the message. If they due to carry on I would give them a verbal warning of disrispecting to a staff member as you don't really want to be picked on when you're only doing your job.



Why Should I Become a mod?
I think being a moderator for your server will help you out, I'm on 24/7 till no one is on, literally, and when I find the mods go off for a few hours all the baddies come on by abusing mike spam/trap spamming and death avoiding and no one is there to stop it. I am also friendly but also reasonable moderator as I can deal with situations quickly and efficiently. Since I have quite a good understanding of how to deal with rule breakers. I could help the server out by stopping the rule breakers and making it a happy place to be while no mods are on.
I'm not the highest rank on the server but I am going for it I can Bhop and play properly I also do not death avoid or go afk (If I'm afk I will always log of for game delay reasons) Being a staff member of your fantastic server will be a great opportunity for me as I will be able to help you guys out with broken plugins/rule breakers and such, for the last thing, I've been staff before on many servers. Mostly on a game called minecraft I've been moderator+ (to even owner its self)

Just to clarify, I do not have as much time on server one than server 2.

I think server one is about 4-6 hours.
but server two is about 30-40 hours.

But I am very active on both now so no worries

Yeah, that might be because I have been on holiday. I've also got school so I'll only be on in the after noons. Sorry if I messed up about that, I'll try to get as much activity today and tomorrow and just hope for the best.

Good app and seems to know the rules from the time that played with you yesterday.

The only thing that I would reconsider are your punishments, instead of possible kicks I would slay them if they are alive or if they are dead, wait until the next round to do so. Kicks should be for AFK only as a moderator.

And Yes Wolfie. I understand what you mean by slaying than kicking. I think that has been put into a true statement. But I think I might keep the kick for racism as I think it should not be so avoided quickly.

Yeh I agree with the kick for racism, but waiting until you contact an Admin/SA could be helpful for dealing with the situation quicker. But if you ever have to report someone to an Admin/SA make sure you have proof because without it nothing can really be done.
