When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
Since ive been playing deathrun for sometime i havent saw the ban command alot.

Then ban command should only be used for if someone is doing someting VERY bad E.G:

1.Mass Disrespecting/Harrasment/Death Threats
Will result in a perm ban if u are death threating someone

2.Hacking or using scripts to gain a unfair advantage
Will result in a permanent ban

3.Being racist/sexist ect.
Will result in a temporary ban

4. Threatening ddos attacks or to take down the server
Will result in a permanent ban

5. And avoiding punishment multiple times
Will result in a temporary ban depending on the situation

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I have had many situations for example i had a player swearing and disrespecting people over mic he was then gagged he then continued to type his disrespect so i muted him, he then left and rejoined his disrespect then continued and as this was his 3rd warn he was auto kicked, he then rejoined and continued and it unsettles players on the server he then got a 4th warning and was Temporary banned.
if i was an admin i would have been able to sort the problem sooner for mass disrespect and avoiding punishment.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)

i should be promoted because i am active,friendly and funny sometimes. I think i would be able to deal with more problems/situations and help more people.
I also want to set a example for new mods and players.I would like to help mods with their training and make sure they know what to do and i have saw alot of rulebreakers so i will act very fast. Also i think i get on well with the players that come on the servers i help them and guide them if they need help with accessing the point shop or even something as simple as how to taunt, i explain to the new players where they can read the rules and explain to them to the best of my ability what they have done is a rule break so they understand not to do it next time.

Epic, you're a good staff member - you might want to get your activity up a tad before meeting (I understand you were ill). Also, I feel like more detail can be added (and maybe clean up the colours a bit - slightly excessive in my opinion).
