Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM is when player 'x' kills player 'y' In a non-RP situation.
An example of this would be when a player is walking down the main street and is shot with no reason, this would be RDM.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is the time (3 minutes) when a player has been killed in a certain district in an RP situation, he cannot return to the same district or place where the murder occurred.
An example of NLR is when a player 'X' is murdered by player 'Y' whilst a raid is happening, that player who was killed cannot come back to the building or district where the murder happened.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is any strategy, action or method used in a game that means certain players have an advantage over others, by means of communication or other.
An example of this would be when a player is ghosting, player 'x' tells player 'y' that player 'z' is growing/making drugs in his building, therefore resulting in player 'x's property being raided when it wouldn't have been.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
If this situation occurred I would summon both players ('x' and 'y') to a rooftop or place away from other players, so as not to disrupt the game. After that I would then ask for proof from the accuser, if there was none, then I would say to the accused that he was ''free to go without a warn, but if he was F1ed again I would be forced to ban/warn him''. If there was proof to support it, I would ban/warn the culprit and mark the F1 as closed.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time:
I would check the logs to make sure that that was true, and then take both of the players away from others and speak to them I would ask if any of them had proof for/against the case if proof came I would take necessary action banning/warning the player who was in the wrong.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would TP the person and hear his views, then TP to the bank and see what was happening, I would check the jobs of the people in the raid and if the people where not in the correct job to be making a raid I would take them onto a roof and hear the explanations if they were okay then I would take actions that were necessary, whether that be banning/kicking the wrong doers, or leaving the game to carry on.l
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen to be on the ZARP staff because I am good at talking to other people and listening to their comments, I am not irrational and wont abuse the powers of the job, I would also play and mod for long periods of time on the servers therefore less staff would be needed and more people could play the game. I also believe that I should be chosen is because I enjoy helping people with their problems, I would be fair, consistent and would attempt to make the game enjoyable for all...
