(I know i only have 17 Hours on Record But GMOD Troller Told me you have to get a kill for hours to count i didnt know that i usually just base with Friends and Go Mining)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Scenario and What Metagaming is - "All gang members of *blank* to Base is classed as Metagaming becuase its giving RP info outside of chat"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
RDM is where x kills y for no reason or the otherway round it means Random Death Matching
Scenario - "I Would Ask what really happened and tell them it was actually y killed x not the other way round then if they said they were trying to kill him then i would ask for proof, Example - Screenshot/Video"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
NLR - When you respawn you get 3 minutes before you can go to the District Where you died
Scenario - "i would ask what the situation was then i would check the console logs to see if the kill/s were less than 3 minutes apart and warn/kick whoever broke the rule"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided..
Scenario - "Wait till the RP Scenario had played out then move the person who asked for help over to me then tell him he shouldve used an F1 Report then Warn him for using OOC to ask for help"

Well i own My own Teamspeak and i do enforce the rules and if one is Broken i o the warning kicking and Banning im not strict but i can be if need be im easy to get along with and i have been on other game servers and Teamspeaks i and have had admin/Mod if i still knew the owners they would Recommend me i have plenty Experience in being an Admin and will admit it will be my first time bein a GMOD Admin but im an easy learner and would love for ZarpRP To be the First Server im Admin on and for them to Teach me how to use the Admin Panel (Honesty) Im a Trustworthy and Kind person and Will Punish Rule Breakers if need be
