Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

As a moderator on zarp i've learned a lot of things that will help me towards becoming and being a admin . most of the time f1's are about the normal stuff as rdm/nlr/fda/propblock and sometimes questions , and the more unusual part .That being the f1's about " ADMIN HELP ME PLS" which happen more than they should have. The most important thing i've learned being zarp staff is that i should always remain calm in any situation and respect the other players.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

There were 2 mass rdm'ers on the server and i was the only mod/admin on the server. they were changing names every second , so the first thing i did was to see what job they are , black market dealer so I froze them and tp’d them to me . i asked why they did it and of course the answer was a swear towards me and the server. Got they’re both STEAMID’s and warned 4 times so they get a 60 min ban.After a admin comes on and I tell him the story and he banned both of them

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hey , welcome to zarp staff team. I am here to train you the “ways” of a moderator
First of all , you now have access to the MoD or Moderator on Duty , that is job that makes players know that you will do they’re f1’s. Do not RP or anything like that as this job.

Now the f1 menu . You will no longer have the normal “what happened” tab and will have a menu with different things in it. That being
1. Active f1’s , Here you will see what f1’s are active . You can handle them or mark them as spam/abuse

2.Warns , This tab is to see the active warns all the players have. If you want to check all the punishments on a player
press f6 .
3. Logs , the most useful out of them all. Here you will see kills,arrests,joins,disconnects,jobswitches etc and the time when it happened.

I will now run you thorugh the basic commands of a moderator

/warn – this is your main way to stop rulebreakers , use this or give them a verbal warning . Depending on what they did.

/unwarn – this takes 1 warning back from the player you choose , only use this on the people you warned accidentally .

/kick – this is command is to us like ban is to admins . Only use this in cases where its really needed. A spammer in chat , hackers , propspammers etc.

/tp – this makes you or another person to teleport where you are looking at .

/goto – this teleports you to another person

/bring – I never use this command it basically brings someone to you but its bugged with/back which we will now talk about.

/back – this teleports the target to where he was last teleported from , if you use /bring /back won’t work

/slay – this kills a target , mostly used when a citizen/mutant/hobo/mayor has a big gun and doesn’t want to holster it

These commands are accessible in the tab menu as well. Don’t forget that if you abuse these powers they can and will be revoked from you.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I banned you because you were propspamming , but I see that it took you some time to make the ban appeal and that this is the first time you got banned and propspammed so I will lower the ban to 2 weeks , I highly suggest that you read the rules again and not break them because if you get banned again there is little to no chance of you getting unbanned

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I've been mod for .. well not that long but i am confident enough that i will make a good admin to the staff team , i do a lot of f1's , mostly when i come from highschool and its only me and jerry and in the morning when its me and octocat on the server. I am very friendly with everyone and I always respond to questions in ooc , as a moderator its hard to use /tp to get on a roof or to check someone's base to see if its illegal. Most of the time if someone makes a f1 about a base using glow or having more than 2 fading doors as entrances I cant go in the base to see if that is true , I have to ask the player if they let me in , and most of the times they won’t let me inside. As for the f1 starting it’s a lot more easier to phys gun the players to a roof . than to fall down from the skybox 10 times before you even get to the roof with /tp

You deserve this rank, I think you'll do a good job because you've proven yourself in the short time that you've been a mod as, by doing F1s professionally, being kinda, helpful and of course friendly. I've spectated you often in F1s and have also noticed that you don't rush the player or the F1 and take the time to here everything every player involved has to say, then punish according to the rule break.

Zer0nix is really mature, and a really nice person.

What can I actually say about Zeronix is fact that he is one of most active, hard-working and dedicated mods right now. Definately deserve promotion.

It's not about deserving the rank or not, it's about being able to handle it. You haven't been mod for a long time so you haven't been exposed to many types of situations. I think that you'll be ready after some time, as you need to develop the skills to handle difficult situations fairly, objectively, and quickly.
