How would you deal with a disrespectful player? :
first I would politely tell he/she if he would stop for 2 times.
if he/she ignores/refuses my "message" I would warn him for the disrespect, Reason "Disrespecting Staff"
if the player is still going on with his incompatible action he/she would get a warning/gag/mute.

Why I should be chosen :
I should be chosen because I have a lot of knowledge of the death run servers.
I am really social with everyone.
I can speak multiple languages.
I know all the rules.
Zarp is pretty much the only server I play on because, I think it's the best of all.
I'm a really friendly person which can help other players that want to be helped on death run.
I really love death run and the server all around.

From what I see your activity on both servers is on the weekends and some work days. I assume that is because of school, yes?

I actually didn't want to make a mistake by putting just he because girls can be disrespectfull aswell .
and I got Gmod for like 2 months and the only thing I do is play death run on zarp so I don't just play on weekends and workdays I almost play everyday

There's a button called EDIT and don't double post.
Last week you played on Wednesday and Thursday and the weekend.

I think that your a good person on the server and will help on the server if you become moderator however sometimes when I'm online, you don't social enough to other players so you could improve that.
