This isn't a very good application. Your english isn't a 9 and you dont give examples for the rule section. You do not capitalise your words and it looks and feels rushed.

Sorry mate, looks very rushed you have not given examples for all the rule breaking and consequences are short. It doesn't seem like you want mod that much as you have put little effort in.
