You haven't explained these in enough depth, in my opinion; You have completely disregarded repeat offenders and known trouble makers.

Sure, the application doesn't SAY you should include that - but it doesn't tell them you should warn them either. Your choice to add those, as it makes your application stand out just that little bit more.

Painkiller, I've seen you a lot on the server. From everything I've seen firsthand? You're a very selfish person who complains the second he doesn't get his way. For example: just last night I did nothing but help you when you needed it, as well as everyone else in the server. The moment that I couldn't respond to you because I was handling something else you and your friend HighAsFuck claimed I was a shit mod. Don't get me wrong, sometimes you're very tolerable, you're even a joy to have around from time to time but you do not have the qualities of a mod.

As far as your application goes you seem to have put a decent amount of effort into it, but it lacks detail in certain points much as Chris said.

These two answers need an example, also you could explained alot more about two things.

Requirements for candidating

You need to tell the person what he has done wrong, he needs to know - an example - what is wrong with his base. You are here to help, not to punish the bad guys. Also again a little bit short

I would like Zarp to be a extremely good server and have a nice community. I would take care of the server and try to do my best as Mod. I want to be a Mod to help Zarp and the community as it would be a delight to help. I don't like it when people brake rules and therefore would take care of that. In addition i will be very nice to all players (i am already) I know lots of good friends on there and a lot of admin and moderators and i would like to help out the DarkRp server like advertising it on Townsend.

The first sentences is taking care of grievers and that you like to community, what can you add, expect taking care of grievers. What is your speciality, what can you do that others can.

The is abit short, some answers were not the best. If you at some point decides to make a new application, then use more time on it. It is not your past that makes me -support, it is the fact that your application aren't good.

Im gonna give you a -Support.

EDIT: Your steam id seems fine, but there is a ban or two. However the ddos threat makes me give you a giant
