What is Ghosting? and give an example:
When 2 or more players are using 3rd party programs to gain an advantage over everyone else for example Player X and Player Y are friends and speaking over Teamspeak Player Y dies to a trap and warns Player X that the trap has been activated and he shouldn't worry about it.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Talk to them make sure they understand how they are being disrespectful and ask them to stop , if they don't stop or if i feel like the way they disrespected someone was way too harsh for example the N word then i would gag/mute them and keep it for however long I believe is necessary at the time (depending on the severity, if they are known rule breakers or not , etc.)
Why I should be chosen:
First of all, I'd like to start off saying that my activity is really bad and is the reason why I am applying for moderator and not straight to the admin rank, I believe that a user applying straight to the administrator rank should prove himself and the least they can do is get 2 weeks of high and consistent activity which I do not have and can not get (currently because my exams are coming up). I used to be a good admin in the past and I currently hold 4 other staff ranks (Prop Hunt Head Admin, Trouble in Terrorist Town Super Admin, Murder Super Admin, Semi-Serious Role-Play Administrator) so I am very trusted with the rank. I am great friends and can work together with the majority of the current Death Run staff team. I wish to come back as school is ending soon and I will have a lot more time to play, staff, etc.
