Estimated time on the server: 640 hours. I first joined the November 23rd 2017 under name Raphus cucullatus (which mean Dodo in latin). Although I committed to the server fully on November 28th when I decided to go back to my old nickname LonelyDodo.
Ever since November 28th I have been playing almost daily missing total of maybe 10 days and on average gaining 4 hours 20 minutes (see what I did there) of in game time daily.

Why can I add to the team?

I find myself to be highly productive and psychologically oriented individual. What I can add probably better than anyone else in the community is knowledge I have obtained over thousands of hours of preparation and curiosity. my most notable action in the field of psychology was my post about bias that I posted couple weeks ago (Link)

I am active on both; the server and on forums and do as much as I can on the them. According to other staff members I am the most approachable LT member so having me higher up would allow me to voice the concerns and issues of the staff members below us as arguably they are the most important part in enforcing the health of our server.

I believe my subjective experience on life is unique in a way so that I can provide new points of view on almost every issue being handled which is why I believe I'm a great candidate. My experiences have lead to me having more


Teamplayer

I have always seen myself as part of a team. Whether its in a game, project or in this case staffing and therefore I have trained myself to be aware of others as well of myself. I know when to speak up, when to lead and most importantly when to shut up and listen since listening to others is the most important part of having a working dialogue and possibly improving things. I believe I have perfectly shown this in the meetings for example and even on the forums with my behavior.

How has time as a Super Admin prepared me for the promotion

As a Super Admin I have been given lots of power and responsibility and as far as I know I have fulfilled those responsibilities perfectly and on some level reached the level of understanding how everything works and on some level why they work as they do. I feel like I am ready for the next big step in my line of work and to take more burden on top of me for the benefit of the server. I have used every tool given to me as a Super Admin and used them flawlessly. I believe I am ready for the next level and hope that I can help the server in a new way that so far has not been possible for me.

My traits and activity

I find myself to be reliable person. For this I wish to bring up countless times when I wake up early check my phone and happen to see that server needs staff. Instead of being sensible person and sleeping a bit more I hop on to server play as long as I need to and when things calm down head to sleep. I am aware of my own weaknesses and actively try to compensate for them.

A huge strength of mine is daring to voice the unpopular opinion. I have seen people giving in on peer pressure countless of times and I believe that this trait makes me honest person. I am not afraid of having the unpopular opinion and having one person who defies the norm will help others change their minds as well (and yes there is psychological proof of it).

Integrity is something I hold very close to my heart. I have shown again and again integrity within my actions as a staff member. When I got moderator on one of my first days I had to punish one of the first friends I made on the community and couple weeks ago I brought my first friend up for a demotion just because I had to do so in the names of integrity.

I believe my hard work speaks for itself. I always show how far I am willing to go just to do my job and that I do it for the sheer will of doing so.

My attitude. I believe during all my time on the server and within the community all together I have proved myself to be calm and friendly with everyone here. I show that I wish to help everyone in the community

My weakness and how I aim to compensate for it


I would say that my biggest weakness right now would be my experience as I only got my position of Super Admin 7 weeks ago. My compensation for this would be the quality of work I put in on my level of work and my aspiration to continue doing this quality work for the community. I am a hard working staff member and can deal with any situation on the server.
