When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command will be appropiate to use at several occasions:

DDoS Threats:
If someone is DDoS threatening/Doxing, and he makes the threats continuesly, it will eventually end up in a ban, if he makes the threats, and it actually happens, it will result in an INMEDIATE permanent ban.

Mass Rulebreak:
If someone has broken a massive amounts of rules, and has a few recents, a week/2 week ban will be placed on the person.

LTAP (Leaving to avoid punishment): When someone leaves to avoid a punishment, and rejoin whilst the punishment is still supposed to be active (such as a mute) the ban command will be used.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
As a Moderator, i really haven't had a hard time, but i had a few mass rulebreakers once, and they didn't listen to me, and just kept on breaking rules, i had to warn and mute them several times, even tried to use the kick, eventually the AWarn system autobanned them, but if i had the ban command, the problem could've been solved quicker, and the ban would've been longer than the standard AWarn time.

I have been a moderator in the past on the ZARP SSRP Server, and i feel that i have gained enough experience as a Moderator on Deathrun, i've asked the LT if i didn't know something, and due to my activity, i keep on gaining more experience
, i've also been an Administrator before on Deathrun
Maturity
I can be easy to talk to, and i am not really strict, i can be slightly immature sometimes with jokes ofcourse, but it creates a laugh and that makes people stay, my attitude might not look extremely good, but i can assure you, it's better than it was before with this return, i will be changing completely and be more friendly and helpful
