Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: I'd verbally warn the player. If they'd do it multiple times I'd mute them for 2 hrs for micspamming.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I'd verbally warn them, if they wouldn't stop it I'd slay them. If they would've done it again, I would've warned them as well as force them into spectator mode. and ask an admin to ban the player.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: for example: if a player on the props team dies(not necessarily dies) and tells a hunter/s the position of other props. or two friends , one on props and the other one on hunter , the prop tells the position of other props

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):Mostly because i want to make prophunt a fair game , i don't want to be admin just so i have the power of banning other people or stuff like that.Its so I and other players can enjoy the game, without people being un-fair. for example people hide in spots that hunter cant reach, or props/ spectators tell hunters the position of props, people like that usually get away with stuff like that , so i can warn/ban people to stop, i do not intend to ban people or ruin their game experience , but to warn and teach unfair people to play prophunt fairly (with a bit of discipline)

You can't really expect him to know exactly how to staff without him being staff before.
Everything about staffing will be taught in training if he gets accepted, so this isn't too much of a concern.

Your activity is the only problem I can see, if you have had a previous name, please ensure you add any Gametrackers for that. Other than that, just keep being friendly ingame and playing actively, good luck!
