Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I Feel like my time as moderator was very helpful by learning commands and watching other higher ups handle situations and i learned most to all of the punishments and how to work well with other people and the f1 menu

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around: (Corgi xD ) When corgi was undercover i think i learned the most about everything and what to do. The situation was Rdm and when i look at f1 she was killed by keys and i didn't know what that meant so i had to get a higher up to ask what happened if they died to key and some didn't know but at the end i knew much more about what i needed to do and how to do it if it ever happened again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Dear New Mod: Congratz on getting accepted now that you are part of the team i will teach you the basic's of being a mod and how to use command. First now if you click f1 you cannot put in reports you only see the reports other people made and they go by priority. If you have need any help do @ or /// to talk in admin chat and just ask if you need help in any way. Another thing you have access to is if you press f1 and go to logs you see every kill, arest and other things this will be your best friend as a mod and all the way through your journey up the ranks. Another thing is is you hit tab and go to a players name you can now see their rap sheet and know when their last punishment was how many recents they have or how many punishments in total. you also find the mute,freeze,goto, and bring commands in there. Hopefully this has been a helpful guide and hope to see you on the job soon.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask the other admin why they banned player x and do you forgive the person for what they did and if they and if you feel their ban should be moved and changed to a shorter period(2 weeks) and do you feel they have apologized to you for doing what they did.if they say they forgive then i will accept the appeal and lower the time . if no i would have another staff member look over it.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted because of my ability to help and get help from other people. I also want to handle more f1 and others so i can get even more then just the basic f1 and i get into the more complex f1 and help a wide more of people also when i wasn't staff i saw people abusing and trying to crash the server but i didn't have a recording software (do now) and they can be banned insted of just getting away. This is my App and hopefully i get the decision soon thank you for your time. ;P

Omg latias I think you would do amazing your active and would make your mother (me) so proud just as pug said! Just be a little more active on forums and I think you could take the cake for best admin on zarp!

Your activity is not the best and neither is your application, you recently run into some trouble I'd suggest waiting another week. Good luck!

you application could use some work (look at others for examples and don't copy)

plus add some detail b, you just kind of give a gist of things, rather than showing your knowledge of the questions and proving yourself.

Once you kind of fix things up and prove your knowledge you'll have my vote!
