I usually check the forums in the morning to check if there arent any spam posts, then if college's over i have an auto refresher on so i can stay updated on everything.

Why You?:

Dedication
Around 4 months ago i returned to the community with good plans and a idea to change and improve the staff team. Since then i stuck to this idea and made it my objective. I worked hard to regain my trust back and i worked my way up to admin and eventually got it. After i got admin i felt like that i needed to contribute more towards this community and set a new goal 'Super Admin'. I've done an insane amount of work in a short period amount of time and got promoted to the Super Admin rank. I think i've shown myself a great amount of dedication towards this community by achieving this goal. And im currenntly working extremely hard for the next position and i think im doing really well!

Maturity
I feel like this is the most difficult part about me to describe in my current situation but here we go,
At the moment i applied for mod i've set myself a goal that i needed to act professional at all times and try to work on common goals off the staff team, this worked out completely and worked myself to the rank of Super Admin, Currently im mature at all times and i think i fit for this position

Friendly
I try to help out everyone in this community and work on common goals which is improving the community and creating a friendly enviroment. My goal is to be friendly all around the community, in ssrp and on the forums. Which is so far working out fine in view!

Experience

I am currently Super Admin on SSRP which is for me an great accomplishment and im doing my hardest best to stay on this position and or improve! I try my hardest best to help out everyone with various problems. And im also quite experienced when it comes to forum staffing! When it comes to previous experience i was; Deathrun Admin, TTT Admin, And Bhop Admin.

Based on the recent issue that happened between Xnator and Raeker and the way things were handled, I would say... You do a great job otherwise, but I feel you could be kind of biased in certain situations. Or do things to benefit certain people rather than the community as a whole. Either way, good luck!!! After being shown and talked to about this from an unnamed source, I take it back.

I wasn't able to see the evidence that was posted, so I believed it to be actual evidence..

I feel you need to help out more on the forums, whether that be reporting things with the "Report to moderator" function or contacting forum staff via Steam or TS, you might do the latter more than I believe but due to time-zones I am currently unaware of how often. TOU is open to interpretation, as has been specified by EMP himself. Although we have now come to the conclusion that it was not breaking TOU, at the time all staff that deleted and edited the posts were not in the wrong, so using it as a criticism when they're only doing their job is completely wrong.
