I thought it was fun to joke around with powers, Rather i understood its not acceptable as being a mod , I Should've respected staff ethos as i've been warned before . I didnt learn from my old punishments and think i still need more time due to being silly and unwise while In-game i wish to be demoted until Im fairly mature to everyone on zarp community . You had a recent report abuse on you and will have been staff for roughly two weeks by the time the meeting comes around. Sorry, I'd personally like to see another week of staff from you before you become an admin. You mention in your application that you'd like to regain trust - you can do that just fine as a moderator. Just keep on staffing for a few weeks and if there aren't any issues you'll get admin, it's relatively simple. For now though I think it is just a little bit too soon, sorry.

Personally, I don't feel you are ready for admin. When I am on the server with you, you demonstrate signs of immaturity that I don't feel an admin should have.

You had that recent report on you in which you lost your cool, which I do feel you are sorry and have learned from your actions, you have continued to act in a bad manner. For example you seem as you don't listen to any tips or advice I give to you and on one occasion I noticed you sending a pornographic link in chat, then when I asked you about it and not to your response implied to me that you didn't really care.

Overall I think you need at least one more week as mod to gain more experience and to improve your conduct.
