How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would handle it in an apropriate way, take them into a spacer and give them a verbal, If they then continiue bully/harrass people on the server, They'll face a 1 hour or even 1 day ban depending on how bad/serius the situation is. I would do all i can to handle the situation correctly and fix the problems within the people in the channel/spacer.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick, forexample can be used if a user has said some bad stuff (Harrassed, Racism, Discrimination etc...) Cause everyone deserves a second chance? But not always. If it's within anything what i wrote in the paranteces, and it's first time, i'll probably give it a kick. But if they spam the N word or anything bad like that, then i'll give them a bad as they purposly intend to say it to annoy people and get themselves in trouble.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I would handle my job as a TeamSpeak 3 staff correctly and do the stuff i mentioned in everything above as a TS staff. I would help out people and do the TS3 Staff basic stuff. Deal with harrassment and bullying, cause that ain't great and it'll be gladly of me to help out. I would sincerely contact anyone to help me with what to do if i get Accepted. Now, i've been trying to get ranks like these for some time now, and haven't gotten it. Now i've improved and been much better. So i'll do my best to help out in any situation.
