Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I feel like my previous Experience and my current one as BHOP Moderator contribute to me becoming an Administrator due to me not being able to punish Racist Users accordingly on my own the Administrator rank could help a lot.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I encountered a User using an Exploit for his own advantages. The only thing I was able to do was to kick the Exploiting User and wait for a Higher Up. I've contacted Lewis and he banned him which I could have done on my own if I had the Administrator Rank.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations and welcome to the BHOP Staff Team! You now have Acces to the following Commands you are able to access on the Tab Menu.

Kick

The Kick Command simply Kicks a User from the Server. You should only use this Command if the User for Example refuses to Change his Name and or is Exploiting.

Chat Mute

This Command is used to Chat Mute a User, depending on how long's he been Muted for he won't be able to Use the Chat.

Global Mute

This Command is the Voice Mute really similar to the Chat Mute, this Command prevents the User from Using his Microphone in-game.

Strip Weapons

This Command is used to Strip a Users Weapons. Only use this Command if the User is using his Guns to Annoy others with the Sounds of it and or is simply not using it in a constructive manner.

F6 Menu

By Pressing F6 In-game you'll be able to Check Users Rapsheets which includes their Punishments. If the Punishment is Red it means that the Punishment was Given out in the past 2 Weeks also known as a Recent Punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I should be chosen as Administrator due to my Experience long term Experience as Moderator on BHOP and Administrator on SSRP. As well as there aren't many Active BHOP Administrators to Contact and if I do I have to wait a long time to get a Response. Me being an Administrator would give me the ability to do the things I'd have to Contact an Administrator for by myself.

Extra Information: (Not Required)

I already attended a Meeting when i was a Moderator back when Granny was the BHOP Owner. However i will attend tonights meeting as well.
