♠ When it will be appropriate to use the ban command ➤

Well I feel asif the ban command must be used when there is a player mass rule breaking for example if they're being racist conistantly then get gagged and LTAP and continue. However, i feel like it depends really on their recent punishments also how bad the rule break is. If someone is rule breaking who is new to the server with no active/previous warns then i feel like it'd be a short ban, but on the other hand if its someone who always rule breaks with alot of punishments then the ban will be longer.

♠ Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? ➤ Quite oftenly Zarp get players which are mass rule breaking where i am left by myself and as a mod i can only really gag, mute or kick and the players end up joining back and continuing then i find myself in a bad position and find my self calling higher members of staff to deal with them as i wasn't able to do more. So if i do get Admin i'd sort everything out without the help of others

♠ Why I should be promoted ➤
I believe that I should be promoted due to these reasons

Trust
I feel asif i am trust worthy as i have never abused my powers and never intend to do so, in my time on Zarp DR i have been Moderator 2 times and those times I stongly feel like there weren't any problems with me as an Admin

Other reasons
I have spent nearly all of my time on Garrys Mod on this server and in my time here I know all the rules and how to deal with people respectivly and with no snapping back at people in my time here i've made friends with alot of people, never had any problems with any staff and actually made friends with staff and I get told i'd be good as an Admin, another reason would be the that I would always offer to help train new Mods as I was in that position one day and i want to help the new mods that are willing to join zarp. Also i got rejected last week for Admin and I feel like i have more experience as a Mod and want to now see if i can get a promotion.
