Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
When I became a moderator, I started to love helping people, making f1's, cacthing rulebreakers etc. I've met a lot of new people including other staff members, I've made a lot of new friends etc. I've gained a lot of experience past these 3 weeks and I think I'm ready to become an administrator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There were some situations, when I was unsure so I asked another staff member for help. It also happend, that there was a massive rulebreaker, which I wanted to stop them fast, but I had to find his name or STEAMID first and then stop them (freeze). There were also some situations, when I asked another staff admin (usually an admin). To punish a rulebreaker with a better punishment (jail, ban).

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello! Congratulations on becoming our new moderator!
Now you are a moderator and you are given many new commands, two new menus and and many new things!
First, we'll introduce you your new commands
/tp {user} Often used command, you can use it to teleport yourself or a person to location of your cursor
/back {user} Command which teleports you or a person to your last teleported location
/goto {user} Command, which teleports you to a chosen user
/bring {user} Command, which is used to teleport a dead person or a person in vehicle
/backspawn {user} Similar command to /back, but it teleports user back to spawn
/freeze {user} {seconds} Command that freezes user
/unfreeze {user} Command that unfreezes user
/slay {Normal/Silent/Rocket/Explosion} Command, that is used to slay a player in a chosen way
/kick {name} Comman, that kicks player from server, but player can rejoin after that
/warn {name} {reason} Warns a player, this is your strongest command
/unwarn {name} Unwarns a player
Now we'll take a look at menus:
F1 menu
Here you can see:
Admin request:Players can ask for an admin through f1 system. If you click on it, you can handle, discard or copy request. If
you handle it, you can go to the player, bring the player, mark request as finished or abort handling it.
Warnings:Shows all warnings, given to players
Logging: Shows kills, job switches, disconnect and joined player and arrests. It also show if somebody dies while breaking NLR.
Active NLR:It show active NLR's, person and district
F6 Menu:
Here you can search for players punishments with STEAMID
Now, let's take a look at TAB menu
If you select a player, you can use your new commands like freeze, kick etc. You also have rapsheet which show all
punishments give to a selected player.
Mod on duty job: This is not a roleplaying job, it's just for helping people, making request,...
Admin tool: This is a weapon, which is given to you. It is used to see conected keypads to fading doors.
Admin chat: You can write in admin chat by putting /// or @ infront of your message
Meetings: Meetings are held at Teamspeak 3 every saturday UTC+0. At meetings you can talk with other staff members and choose new staff members

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
There are some reasons, why I want to become an administrator. Probably the main one is, that I am lacking of power as a moderator. I really like to do staff job but there were some cases, when I really needed more power that i could do my job easiliy. I really like being a staff and I think I'm ready for an administrator. A lot of people know me on the server and I take my staff job serious.
