When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: It is appropriate to use the ban command when someone has Multiple recent punishments (6 or more), DDoS Threats, Hackers and Mass rulebreak

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: There was one player I'm not going to mention any names but He was saying the N word in Voice/Webtaunt/Chat constantly and also spamming Inappropriate image links / Personal information in chat whilst all i could do was warn / kick / mute / gag Whilst the ammount of times he done it He proberaly could've been banned and the promotion would help these scenarios because i'd be able to take more control over it and have the ability to ban him for his mass Rulebreak and Personal Information in chat

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words) I think i should be promoted to admin since I am a very active player as well as being Friendly. I also enjoy helping the community and would like to do more for the Deathrun community, I have a good knowledge of the rules and when to take action and feel I know when it is good to use the ULX commands, I also feel i have good trust with Staff / Players. But I believe one of the Main I feel I should be promoted is because I can help a lot more with more commands I think i should be promoted to admin since I am a very active player as well as being Friendly. I also enjoy helping the community and would like to do more for the Deathrun community, I have a good knowledge of the rules and feel I know when it is good to use the ULX commands, I also feel i have good trust with Staff / Players. Entirely incorrect, this was correct on TTT for a period of time but currently this isn't true on any server. It depends on their rulebreaking and the severity of it, and whether or not they have recents for the rule they're breaking. Going to agree with Wufex here, you only got moderator and i think you need more experience.

How ever, you have great activity and friendly in game and well haven't seen you handling situations so can't comment on that

The system works differently on Deathrun, they can ban people for recents if they have 6, because RDM isn't a thing on Deathrun, and breaking the rules that much isn't really that easy, unless you are intending to rulebreak.
