Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would be very thankful for their apology and detailed appeal so i would tell them that I'm going to give them another shot and accept the appeal

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I should be promoted because I am trusted, currently I hold the ranks of Murder and Deathrun Super Admin alongside teamspeak staff. I am extremely friendly on the server and I also help a lot of staff members if they need assistance. I do know that my report count isn't the best this week and thats because bloody people handle 20 reports at once but I now know da wey to get as many reports as possible which will not be that hard. I usually handle the reports detailed and quick so the players can get back to playing the game and enjoying the server. I am very interactive with the staff team and users so they get to know me as I'm planning on staying with TTT for a long time.

Your application is very minimal and i'd prefer if you explained the ban reasons a bit more. I'd also prefer if you put the response for the ban appeal section of it as what you would put as your actual response
