What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
When someone, for example, looks in spectator to see which door is the right to give the living players an advantage

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would first ask him kindly to stop, then if he continues I'll gag him for a limited time. Then if he doesn't stop I'll gag him.

Why I should be chosen:

I want to be a Moderator because I play this server a lot and often when no other staff is online. It Would mean the world to me if I could become a Moderator. I have no former experience about being a part of the staff BUT I have been playing deathrun for a while on other servers. On one server called HopHop, I had 250 hours plus and was one of the more known players on the server so in that perspective I have much experience on for example how to behave aso.

could be explained much better, for example:

Ghosting is the act of transferring important information to the runners whilst you are dead that could possibly change the outcome of the round. An example could potentially be Player X telling Player Y the order of the portals on the Minecraft map, so as to prevent him dying. Telling people false information about the map e.g false codes can still be a form of ghosting.

However, you are a nice guy who follows the rules in-game, and you will have no recents by the meeting.
