Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First I would verbally warn them depending on how vulgar the language is,
and if continued after verbally warning them I'd gag them and then warn them When ungaged if they continued to micspam/text spam I would then gag them for a longer time and warn them again, if he or she said anything breaking the Zarp Murder rules or anything extremely vulgar I would continue on to ban the player for a period of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask he or she to stop exploiting and if continued warn them. If they kept exploiting I would inform them on the consequences of what will happen if they continued ( being a ban ).

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
For example 1.: Player A & Player B are both in the same teamspeak, Player A dies by the murderer and didnt have a chance to say it in game, when dead he would inform Player B who the murderer is.| Example 2 | Player A and Player B are both in teamspeak/discord, Player A dies and finds the location of the gun, he then informs Player B of where the gun is.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
The reason why I should be chosen is because I am very active player and love playing on any of the Zarp servers, And I will try my hardest to be the best person I could be when representing Zarp as a member of the staff team. I also have a lot of experience being a staff member and I would love to help out the community and make it a fun gamemode for everyone.
