There's no activity on your account and your application is a bit minimal. As a moderator you can not ban people and definitely can't kick/ban a hacker without a higher admin confirming it. I think your overall knowledge of this server is lacking and you haven't really explained ghosting correctly. I think you should get back on the server and do more with a little help from us. Then I would consider your application. As of now, I would have to say no. But dont let it put you off. If I see you on there dont hesitate to ask me anything you may need to improve your chances.
