What makes me capable and worthy of being a Head Admin?:

Trust:

In the past I have held many staff positions within and outside of Zarp. Within Zarp I have been SSRP Admin, Prophunt Admin and currently hold Deathrun Super Admin and Murder Head Admin. Outside of Zarp I have held all sort of ranks such as Moderator, Admin, Server Manager and more.
These positions show I am trusted in and outside of Zarp with staff powers.

Activity:

I am always trying to improve my activity and at the moment I know it is a little inconsistent but I am going to plan on improving it this week and in the future. My current activity I still feel shows I have what it takes to monitor the staff team and do all my duties.

Dedication:

Ever since I started out as Moderator I have tried to help and show dedication wherever I can. I was Moderator for 1 week and then Admin for 6 weeks before getting Super Admin. I have now been Super Admin for coming up 17 weeks! In this time I think I have learned enough to be promoted.

Experience:

As I am currently Lead Team on all other servers I am currently staff on which is Deathrun and Murder. I am Murder Head Admin so already have some understanding of Head Admin duties and experiences.

Personality:

I think I have quite a friendly personality and always try to be welcoming to new users and staff member's so they feel welcomed and that they can come to me if they have a problem with something or need help.

Leadership:

In real life I am in the RAF so have to deal with being put in Leadership conditions and also taking responsibility which I feel also builds upon my trust and honesty skills. I therefore think I am good in Leadership conditions and can also actively get my opinion across on staff applying.

What do I intend to do as a Head Administrator?:

1) I intend to make sure I can benefit the server even more, by helping the Super Admins in a closer way so they are as good as they can be and even help the other Head Admins to make us all a better team, I also want to watch all Super Admins training people so I can be assured all staff are trained well and also help the Super Admins in improving their trainings. I also intend to help the other staff of course as I will have new powers and a new role with new responsibilities and I also want to make some new guides perhaps if they feel there aren't sufficient guides to help them.

2) I intend to make the Lead Team have a closer relationship with the other staff so they feel they can contact the Lead Team as I feel some staff are intimidated to talk to the Lead Team so they then get puzzled by situations and are afraid to ask the questions as they feel they will be told off or be threatened to be brought up etc.

Your activity has been a bit inconsistent the past week but you have proven your dedication to the server. You do quite a lot to help out , talking to staff , training newly accepted users , dealing with forum appeals are and reports of abuse. You are quite experienced with being a head admin as you are already a murder head administrator, a death run super admin and a prop hunt ex- super admin. Your application is quite good but i don't agree with some of the parts. For example the part where you say staff are intimidated by the lead team and don't contact them is false, people ask me questions all the time but maybe it's because i spend a lot of time with them on team speak (Dodo , sergeant44 to name a few). I personally don't want you accepted because Raeker is coming back even though i don't think he will instantly apply for lead team. Good luck! Big :plussp:

Where I say people don't contact the Lead Team is actually true. I have asked staff before why they didn't come to ask a question (in particular new Moderators) and they said they were afraid to ask so in my experience this is true and those people aren't afraid cus they are applying for Lead Team anyway
