What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is were a Dead player leaks information that spoils / benefits the gamer for another player. Eg: If a runner was to die in a multiple choice trap and he/she then types in chat or uses voice chat to say " Its the left door/ the right door" it would be considered ghosting due to the other remaining runners to use this information to survive the trap.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would first ask them to not disrespect other players/staff, that will be followed with myself explaining that it is against the rules to make sure he now knows not to and cant use any excuse of saying he did not know. If he continues to be disrespectful I would warn him with ' !warn "Player name" For disrespecting a player/staff even after verbal warning". If he continues i would kick him with " !kick "Player name" For Continuing to disrespect others and failing to follow instruction even after warn". If he joins and repeats i will ban him for a temporary time..

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I believe is should be chosen due to being very well educated in how to manage staff situations (Owned multiple servers in the past) also i can bring a new sense of character and humour into the zarp community / server. i am able to play 5+hours a day and can promote the server / community also. i love playing on zarp and have been doing so in the past i have an alternative account i used on Zarp dr however have not been able to log into it and do not know the name i used on the server. i an able to help in any departments needed such as general staff duties and also towards promotion and growing the server.

First of all rename your topic to [Deathrun] Ns's Application. Your game tracker is not working and you will not fix that. as for your application it's quite good and you seem friendly in-game. If i remember correctly you have no recent punishments so just keep up the activity (assuming it's good) and a good attitude , be friendly and avoid all conflicts. Good luck!
