ADMIN PROMOTION

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

DDOS Threats-
If Someone Was threatening to DDOS I'd warn him then Ban him permanently
Mass Rulebreaking-
I'd warn them immediately and then i'd warn again should he not stop I'll ban for a week and if he further continue i'd ban him permanently
Hacking-
I'd ask an SA+ Plus to check if he was cheating and if he was cheating i'd permanently ban him
LTAP -
Since he's left i'd go into console and get his steam id to warn him for LTAPing. If he joins back i'll warn him again and any further, he'll be banned for 2-3 days

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I remember having to deal with two trollers who were looking down on me and working together in a discord. since there were no other staff on at that time i told them to stop however they didn't. They kept saying that i was a just a trial admin and had not much power. I Told them to stop and if they did it again i'd warn them. They did it again, however, they left immediately so i went into console and got their steam ID and gave them them both their suitable punishment. If i was admin they would've seen me as a proper staff member and actually listened to me after the first time instead of neverr.

Why I should be promoted:

Because i'm a friendly person who's very easy to approach and if i'm needed and not on any games on steam they are welcome to message me to come online.

I Deal with situations whenever other staff members are not i'm often lenient but can be strict depending on the situation Since I've been moderator for 3 weeks and 2 weeks when i became an Ex mod, this shows I have quite alot of experience as a moderator. When i am not ill or at my Dad's im always active and try to keep a 2 hour minimum on school days and on weekends it can be quite a bit.

Extras: On the days i have 0 hrs is because I've either been too ill to play which has happened twice and if I'm at my dad's Since I've been quite ill two weeks ago I tried to get as much activity as i can but i told B4n Why i wasn't going to be on the server much yet i still tried which should show my dedication. When my voice is normal i'll be able to verbally warn people but right now it's messed up.

Aaaaanyway,

You are a great guy Eagle who is (semi-)active on the server. You activity could be a little more consistent but that isn't much of a bad thing considering you exceed the minimum activity required every week). I have seen you on the server for a bit and from what I saw I feel you need more experience as a moderator. I will see how you are over this week before I make my final judgement. Good luck!

As for my activity i can get alot more due to the fact i have a week off now

as for the not handling ill be more strict instead of giving out chat warnings 2-3 times

Good activity, pretty alright application.

The main problem is as others have said is when I see you on you don't seem to be doing an awful lot of stuff. I would recommend trying to interact and deal with people more.
