Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as moderator would contribute towards becoming admin as I have spent the last 2/3 weeks learning the commands given and the appropriate time to use them. I have managed to help out new players learn to BHOP and help teach them the basics.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Although my activity is shaky this week, when I am on the server, sometimes I would be the only staff on at the time. Roughly 20 minutes or so, 2 mic spammers joined the game, being very disruptive and disrespectful. They joined the server screaming "Hello c*nts!" I wasn't sure if a joke or not, but still would not be tolerated on the server. I began to give each of the verbal warnings hoping they would stop. They continued to mic spam and disrespect me and other users I then gagged (global muted) both the players for "Disrespect/Mic Spam" for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, they continued which began to irritate me and the other players, and was causing people to leave the server. I then gagged (global muted) them again for 10 minutes, and told them, "Next time you guys mic spam or be disrespectful to a player, I will contact a higher up to ban you for a certain amount of time!" After that statement the left, either they didn't want to wait 10 minutes or didn't want to be banned.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would firstly contact the staff member working on the report and tell him a detailed story of what happened. I would then ask for his opinion and give him mine. My opinion would be to deny the appeal as cheating is a really important rule on zarp, and if one person get unbanned from cheating more people would consider doing it and I feel he would need to regain trust with the community, maybe through other servers.
An acceptable response would be:
Hello Player X
I have concurred with Lewis opinion on the matter being, We have reviewed your incident and heard the story from both of you and we believe you should wait and and regain trust to the community and the server by trying out for other servers and showing you can be trusted. We do as a server accept the apology but you need to wait longer.

I have been moderator on the server for 4 weeks(on meeting) and have shown that I can be trusted with the Moderator rank and I am an Ex-Admin on BHOP and DR and have worked my way up which shows I can be trusted with a higher rank.

I play a Zarp Server everyday and have been playing BHOP nearly everyday since I joined (expect cm ban).

Experienced
I have been part of the Zarp staff team working my way up from Mod to Admin which show I am experienced with the commands and when to use them.

Friendly
I am a friendly and approachable player in the Zarp community and I am easy to approach and help out.

I am very active on the 3 game modes I play being Deathrun, Bhop and SSRP. I try my hardest to play every day to help out and expand the servers I play on.
