Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a player as got 11 or more recent warns and they are warned that 1 more will be a ban then that player receives that 1 warn which an admin should proceed and ban the player for a day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would deny the appeal due to the fact that player has already ruined other players experience even though its their first ban, cheating can't be accepted in any case as that risks other players experience on our server which isn't acceptable therefore i would deny them the chance of rejoining the server

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I should be promoted as i feel receiving a few more powers will help me give the appropriate punishments that i can't do so as of now as there are times when i am the only mod online and i warn players and realise that they should receive a ban due to them having too many recent punishments and Chienman has told me in the past to write down the names of those who needed a ban as i was the only one online after he left. Moreover receiving the noclip command will help me sort out players stuck at the nether portal as times i have been part of it and couldn't do anything as before i could get out i would be killed causing deaths as i was unable to free myself

Your activity is amazing but i think you could do with a little more time as mod to make sure you can handle any situation that comes your way.

Seargent, I do think you need more time to work as a mod to just figure things out, how everything works, learn it so you know it from the back of your hand. After this meeting, if you get denied, you will have the perfect amount of time to work on that. You've mishandled quite a few reports, so learning would only benefit you.
