How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel like I have been doing a lot of work, working good, I've been following the staff ethos, And I feel like I will be doing much more work, Help more, And be a good candidate for Super Admin. To help out the server, Help staff, The lead team, and have fun with people. And staff a lot. That is important.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I feel like I will be a good candidate, Because, I work good, I handle situations very well, And being an Super Admin is a hard job which I think I will be able to do. (Like handle reports on forums against other staff, Work a lot more and be more friendly. (I'm not saying I'm not Friendly lel)
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Well, There was one time a guy was hacking. I knew he was. Even though it could have been a cool trick shot or something. But I knew it wasn't a good shot. Looking against a wall and straight up hitting him without looking at him. And looking into the ground killing people. I knew he was hacking, But I needed an SA to anti-cheat. I was waiting for an HA/SA to get on and anti cheat him so he could be warned (Kick/ban)
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Hello Player x, I have reviewed this demote request and I came to a conclusion to accept this. If you this staff breaks any more rules/abuses his/her powers, make sure to get proof and we will handle it! Thanks for your report!
Hello player y, I'm sorry to tell you that I will not be Accepting this demote request this time. As I can see and other people see, You were breaking the rules, and he warned you with a valid reason. Staff member will NOT be told to or demoted. Make an appeal next time before trying to demote, if you don't have proof.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
So lets say, the staff banned him for a month for Mass RDM And LTAP. I would ask him to come on TeamSpeak and talk about what happened and such. And tell him that ban system, and not just ban people (Their first ban) for a month straight away. So I would basically tell him all that, And I or him would change the ban till an expire time that is fair
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would tell him what to do, And help him out with what he needs to do and such. Cause if someone is struggling, the should always get the help they need. Lets say the user was mass rule breaking, and the staff didn't know what to do. I would have told him in admin chat, That he needs to warn him and such. And if the user had over 10 warnings, give him 1 more chance. And say if he breaks one more rule, He's being banned for an certain amount of time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would take them both to a spacer in TS3, I would ask them of what happened. And I would basically tell them of what they are gonna do if they see a staff rule break. If they do not listen, I couldn't be able to do anything. But if I saw the rule break, I would have told him not to do it. Cause rule breaking as a staff is a bad thing.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would take them both to a TS3 Spacer, talking to them, And telling them why they shouldn't be. And he shouldn't be saying bad stuff towards a staff. The staff team is suppose to be a staff team and be nice to help each other, And not be mean and say bad stuff towards each other.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell him to be careful with words. And the users are should be allowed to play on a server without getting harmed with words/actions of a staff member. A staff member is to help, Not cause drama, Or harm the users
Why you?: (This is not a part of the template, it's something I added myself) I think I will be a good candidate because I've been following staff ethos, working all I could, Handling a lot of reports, Talking a lot to the others in the staff team, I've been doing my best to show new players the best experience they could get while playing on ZARP Trouble In Terrorist Town
And as I said; I think I will be a great candidate and also a great Super Admin.
How would you benefit the server, By becoming Super Admin?: (I added this myself, Not from template)
As a Super Admin, I would benefit the server by Helping people and staff ever more, I would attend to lead team meetings, and give out Demotions if I get told to, I would tell people what's right and what's not right. I would be more active and do a lot more reports and be handling a lot of reports on the forums. I would also be really active on both TTT and TS3.
Extra: I would just want to say; Thanks to the staff team, making this possible. I would not have been a staff right now if it wasn't for all of you guys. Thank you so much for being there when it was needed the most. <3
