Murder Related:
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would mute/gagg them for a certain amount of time (e.x 15 minutes). If they then continue I ban them for a certain amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Warn them through voice chat/Kick them. If they decide to continue using the exploit a temporary ban would be needed.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
When two players play on the server and talk together on e.x Teamspeak. One of the guys die and immediatly tell the other person who is the murderer.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have had a lot of experience as staff on many Garry's Mod Servers (NRGaming Darkrp, Zintexgaming Darkrp) and you seemed to need staff so I thought it would be a great time to try an application and help the community out a lot.
