Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1) when a player MASS RDM's and Leaves (RDM+LTAP)
2)When a player MASS RDM's every round without intention to stop.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would look at the appeal and decide if the person is serious about change and if it looks like that person does seem genuine,Then I would shorten the ban to around 2 days or more and tell the player if they do it again it will lead to a perma ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I am one of the most active players within the TTT server with over 16000 mins put into playing, During this time I enjoy the game mode, I wish to become a Admin because i enjoy the community within the server and want be more involved with the Admin team and other staff members. I find it easy to deal with current reports now as i have learned from my mistakes in the past with reports. I also have great respect for other staff member such as Svan cause he has helped me learn from my mistakes during my time as a mod within game.During my time as a Mod it is nice to see the reduction of RDM,racism and much more When other staff may not be on, This is why i wanted to be mod Although i am unable to deal with some other people because of my rank such as people who MASS RDM and leave, I am hoping to become Admin so i can deal with the problems.

Negatives
This application is clearly rushed and not well organised.
I know it says they reccomend 100 words and you have gone a little bit over but i would've expected someone who wanted a promotion that bad to write a lot more than you have.
You constantly get things wrong and people blame it on you being a new mod however you're applying for admin so i do not believe that you can still get that many things wrong.
You had six reports on you in the first two days of you being mod, by multiple people.
You aren't the most mature person i have ever met in my life. :p
You have a level zero steam account which means you do not own a game on your steam account but somehow own garry's mod and say it's your only steam account (possible lie, ban evade)
I'm also going to mention the fact he has put "Admin" rather than something more professional like "Administrator" as it shows he lacks care in his application

Positives
Your playtime is decent however i have more hours on counter strike global offensive which is a game i dont usually enjoy playing.

Overall
I don't believe you are any good as a mod the way you are, which means i definately don't believe you should be allowed to have a higher rank that brings more responsibilities, I believe before you should apply for admin you should at least learn to be a mod.

that was when i accused you of ban evading however i check now and it says its still private and if it is level 11 then you may have bought keys, also why would you buy keys if you have a private profile, dont you know all of the 10 level ups the only benifits are simply cosmetic?
