What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting: Someone who is cheating by giving information to the runners although he is dead
Example: (Dead) Runner tells alive runners which portal to go through e.g Left or Right

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Disrespect:i would warn the disrespecter(verbally), if they type or say it i would mute/gag them for 5 minutes. if they carry on i would mute them for 10 minutes then after than if they carry on still i would get a higher up e.g an admin to kick him.

Why I should be chosen:
I would like to be chosen because i would like to make the community a better place than it already is and have fun with people and keep them protected from disrespecters/bullies. I would stand out because i would have fun with people and if there were any chinese players i would be able to communicate with them if they needed help but didn't know English that well.
Good traits about me are is that i'm a friendly person and i don't judge immediately of people and i treat everyone equally with punishments so there would not be social injustice as that would be unfair for people and i must warn everyone the same no matter who they are.I also already know some people on the Zarp Deathrun Server and i would like to help out the community there and keep it while making it better because it is already a very friendly community.

Last time we've met on the server wasn't exactly the friendliest encounter I've had with you. I am very surprised that you're applying after saying you had no interest in deathrun! Also your gametracker doesn't work for me so if it doesn't work for you try to edit it with this: www.gametracker.com/player/im%20a%20fan/...arpgaming.com:27035/

Could wait another week to get some more activity for a higher chance. More detail could have been added to the ghosting and disrespectful player parts of your application.

Your gametracker profile link doesn't seem to work try this one here instead.

On that gametracker your activity is quite widespread and you don't play for very long, I would like to see some more consistent activity to prove you can be dedicated and know the rules well etc.

I don't know if you have any recent punishments (from past 2 weeks) but if you don't have any or very few it shows you are following the rules.

I also think you could add more detail to the ghosting and disrespectful player parts of your application.

Overall I think you may need to wait another week to get some better activity and a bit more detail to your app but that is it, unless you have recent punishments.
