When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It would be appropriate to use the ban command in serious situation such as LTAP, No intent to play or too many recents it should only be used as a last resort in most situations a warn is ample
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
My memory is a bit blurry so i will quote my old app

during being a moderator these two people joied one was called adolf hitler and the other was calld fusij or something they repeated saying the n-word down the mic and i gaged and warned them. i asked adolf to change his name and he didnt after 3 warnings i kicked him he rejoined and changed his name to "MageJamy is a C**t" at that moment i kicked him again and eventually he did change his name to "bananans are good" but the two of them were still saying racial slurs and disrepecting players (their f6 was very ugly) and they were gaged many times. at which point i veiwed their steam profiles and their only freinds on steam was the other one so i was 99% sure they were workig together. If i had admin commands i would of banned them earlier and the problem would of stopped

Ever since i resigned 5 months 2 weeks ago i have been missing deathrun tons, i cant comprehend how much i have missed deathrun it has taken a toll on my mental health and, for many weeks, have planned to return but i have always had an issue that has cropped up in the past and has stopped me
