Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I feel that my time as a moderator will contribute to becoming a admin: because i will have some experience with the commands and the type of things that might happen when playing on the server.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: someone who is is being racist and has already recived a warn from a moderator and they carry on typing or daying racial phrases then that will be an a appropriate time to use the ban command.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp:first we will learn the general rules and things you should not do. Dont Abuse your power and also dont warn them without a valid reason. in this letter there will be the link to the power point of all the commands. Also i would tell them to be respectful when people are explaining there reason for RDM and also tell them to be paitent. Tell them to be quite active most of the time and to keep a good reputation on the community.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be: Well first i would respond to the person that is perm band and say when you first joined the server did you read the rules. Then i would follow on to ask him some questions about his ban and why he thought he got banned.And them maybe speak to one of the sa or head admins about it.

Why i should be promoted:I should be promoted because i think my time as a modertaor has payed off i know all the commands now on my first time being a mod i was scared now if i become an admin i will be way more confident being a staff member and i will make sure to be as active as possible playing and grinding as much as i can to get promoted to sa and work my way up. You haven’t been active that much recently.
I would like to see more activity as a moderator in the next week or two before you should get promoted.

You have been recently talked to about your consistently low activity, so I think you should try and either be really active this week or over this week and next week to prove you can be active again. You should also now know where to post when you are/were inactive. (Staff discussion section)

So in my opinion you should actually wait another week.

To start off, you have not been active a lot on the server, actually, when you are on it, you are usually on spectator team and AFK. The admin team hasn’t seen you in some time.
Also, the ban command should not be used in that case (in my opinion). The best thing to do in that case is to gag, and if he continue warn him, the ban would be because of the threshold. I think you need more activity overall and to interact more with current staff so for now:

As AK-47 already said you have very low activity and have been recently spoken to, i suggest that you get your activitx up this week and apply next week
